Bay County Animal Shelter
The Bay County Animal Shelter is located in Panama City, Florida. It
includes 100 indoor/outdoor kennel runs, a large commercial section
with offices and retail, a cattery, food prep area, exam room, and
a laundry room facility. This Shelter was completed in 2005.
