Engineering Plans
This service is included in the contract price and will be released
for fabrication with the signed purchase agreement and initial deposit.
Houndquarters will provide the construction documents and generic plans for the structural portion of the kennel, plus the Footing and Foundation plans.
The Mechanical, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction Documents will be designed and engineered in Auto CAD 2000 per accordance with the International Mechanical Code and stamped by an Arizona engineer.
The Domestic Plumbing Water & Sanitary Waste Systems’ Construction Documents will be designed and engineered in Auto CAD 2000 per accordance with the International Plumbing Code stamped by an Arizona engineer.
The Electrical Construction Document will be designed and engineered
in Auto CAD 2000 per accordance with the National Electrical Code stamped
by an Arizona engineer.
If, additional engineering, such as California Title 24, for additional
energy calculations are required, we can provide the additional engineering
services but it would require additional data on the part of the customer,
and additional time and fees will be required.

Architectural Plans
If, your project requires Architectural Plans by a licensed Architect,
we can provide you with the contact information of our local Architect,
whom we have used on numerous projects in twenty-one states.
If, our Architect is not licensed in your state, we can provide you with the contact information of reliable, reputable and experienced Architects that we have worked with.
An Animal Shelter, Vet Clinic or Commercial Boarding Kennel is a very different system. Make sure that the Architect you hire has a lot of experience in design and actual construction of your project type. Ask for references.
